Percy Jackson series

After Harry Potter opened me to fiction world,i was still reluctant. I tried the film and even though there was darkness, still i enjoyed it.

Percy Jackson series were a trend in my school. It was as if every other person was reading it. I thought of it but....

Another friend suggested me and I started it. As usual I fell in love with it. I was amazed by the way Rick Riordan ( a wonderful and great person) merged the Greek mythologies we know into 21st century. Creating the modern lifestyle of the gods is fantabulous.

After Percy Jackson I read the hero's of Olympus series which was simply outstanding and now have started the quest of Apollo. I also read his Kane chronicles which blend the Egyptian mythologies with the modern world and his new venture of blending Viking mythologies with modern world through Magnus chase.

Percy Jackson remains the most famous one and the most interesting though the other ventures of Mr. Riordan are equally wonderful. 

My mother who never liked these teen books read Percy Jackson  after I asked her that read this one and you'll love it. She also loved it.

It's so fun to think up the story after the novel has ended and I thank the strong fandom for interesting articles on Percy Jackson. Also I thought of various stories myself!!

Percy Jackson proved how a person can relive the history and create history once again. I can't wait for the coming novels of Mr. Riordan !!!!

Will Earth become a legend?

A big blue planet, lifeless and cold. It seems that nothing moves within it, when I view it from my telescopic window. Elders of our community tell us that this lifeless blue planet was called Earth. Lots of beings(living as well as non living) thrived on it. Human beings flourished and evolved on it. They used the natural resources present on the Earth to develop new technologies but human beings had a tendency to overuse those resources and then wanting more. This sense on unsatisfaction gradually led to depletion of the resources. Scientists and environmentalists persistently warned the human society but they didn't heed the warning. Some scientists and environmentalists started looking for a planet suitable for life.At last after continuous research they found a planet and started moving onto that planet.
